ST. LOUIS, MO (KTVI) - Tim wasn't in the mood to work out today.  He wanted to get his groove on instead.

Lori Patterson came by to tell him that he can have both. Tim learned that dancing can be a great workout and help you burn a lot of categories.

Lori gave him some tips on how to get in shape while doing your favorite dance moves.
