PHOENIX, AZ. (KTVI) – Sunday’s game in the desert was all about the Arizona Cardinals capitalizing on the Rams mistakes and stopping the Rams defensively, in a 30 to 10 win.

Cardinals quarterback Carson Palmer threw for nearly 300 yards; Cardinal running back ran for nearly 100 years, and their defense stymied the Rams offense all day.

The bright spots for the Rams Sunday were quarterback Kellen Clemens throwing for over 150 yards, despite one interception, that was returned for a touchdown; and Tavon Austin who had one run for 56 years in the 4th quarter.

The loss drops the Rams to 5-8 on the season, with next week’s opponent being the New Orleans Saints at the Edward Jones Dome.
