It will be another year of Rams football without a playoff appearance. The Arizona Cardinals beat the St. Louis Rams 30-10 on Sunday in Glendale, Arizona to eliminate the Rams from post-season play.

The Cardinals scored on their first possession of the game on a Rashard Mendenhall three yard touchdown run and never trailed in the game. Eleven penalties, two interception (one returned for a TD) and four quarterback sacks doomed the Rams.

The only touchdown for the Rams came in the fourth quarter on a Zac Stacy one yard TD run, that cut the lead to 23-10 at the time. The loss drops the Rams to 5-8 on the season with three games remaining.

Rams head coach Jeff Fisher comments on the loss in the desert to the Cardinals.
