No school while Mount Olive teachers go on strike

(KTVI) – Teachers in Mount Olive, Illinois are hitting the picket lines Monday morning. They say they’ve been working under the terms of an expired contract since the start of the school year. The union and school board are deadlocked on money issues.

The Mount Olive Superintendent says that there will be no school during the duration of the strike.
