(KTVI) - We all want to help those in need this holiday, now you can do that by shopping to "feed 4 more."

Marcia Whelan from Whole Foods Market in Town & Country talks about the program.

Recipe:
Crème Brulee French Toast

·         2 French Baguettes (any type of stale or day old bread will work)

·         3 cups heavy cream

·         4 medium eggs

·         Pinch salt

·         ½ tsp. vanilla

·         ¼ tsp. ground cinnamon

To place on the bottom of the pan:

·         ½ c maple syrup

·         1 stick no salt butter

·         1 c. brown sugar

Directions:

·         Preheat oven to 350 degrees

·         Cut and cube bread into medium to large sized cubes

·         In a separate container whisk the eggs, heavy cream, vanilla, salt & cinnamon

·         Mix the egg mixture into the bread (this can be stored overnight in the fridge)

·         In a separate bowl, mix the brown sugar, maple syrup and butter and pour into the bottom of the pan

·         Place in oven covered for 20 minutes

·         Uncover and cook for another 10 minutes

·         When finished, dust with powdered sugar
