OVERLAND, MO (KTVI) – Erica Thomas, a mother of five, was given a helping hand for the holidays from a local church and it was all caught on tape.

But she still needs help to make her big wish come true.

Because of a stroke and an unstable living situation, the family is still in need.

Thomas, 25, is the mother of five young boys who have plenty of personality. She has drive and a dream, “To get my master’s in marketing.”

All they don’t have is a permanent place to live.
