Endangered Person Advisory cancelled for missing 4-year-old girl

UPDATE: The Phelps County Sheriff’s Department has cancelled the Endangered Person Advisory for a missing person incident. The child was found safely in New Mexico.

(KTVI)– The Phelps County Sheriff’s Department has issued an Endangered Person Advisory for a missing 4-year-old girl.

The incident occurred on Monday in the 11800 block of State Road V in Rolla.

Police say 4-year-old Cassandra Robertson currently has an eye infection requiring medication. The possible suspect is believed to be her mother, Nikie Robertson, who has a history of suicidal tendencies and substance abuse. She may be en route to Las Cruces, NM or Colorado via unknown routes.

Cassandra is described as a white female, age 4, 2’6”, 40 lbs, brown hair, blue eyes, wearing a gray zippered shirt with a Hello Kitty logo.

Nikie is described as a white female, age 39, 5’6”, 145 lbs, brown hair, green eyes, wearing a black shirt and blue jeans.

The vehicle is a silver 2006 Nissan Quest with Missouri plate FG2D5J.

Anyone seeing the missing person, suspect, associate, or vehicle, or anyone having any information related to the endangered missing person should immediately dial 911 to contact the nearest law enforcement agency or call the Phelps County Sheriff’s Department at 573-426-3860.
