RICHMOND, VA – This toddler was born 11 weeks premature and weighed 3lbs. He is now 22-months old and has 15 brain surgeries and has a hearing loss. Hew was recorded while doctors tested Dylan Lipton-Lesser’s new hearing aids. The reaction is priceless.

The video was posted to YouTube last month by his mothers India Lipton and Shirley Lesser.

YouTube description:

“Dylan’s reaction to the first moments wearing hearing aids is priceless! Born on Valentines Day 2012 he was 11 weeks premature, weighing 3 lbs and battled a dangerous infection for 101 days in the NICU. He’s had 15 brain surgeries to treat the Hydrocephalus he acquired while battling the infection.

In 2013 he developed moderate hearing loss and this video shows him getting fitted with his hearing aids at VCU. He seems to like them. What do you think?

He’s been through a lot in his 23 months but obviously his laughter is infectious! Share the link and spread the joy!!”
