Man arrested in series of car break-ins in Wentzville

WENTZVILLE, MO (KTVI)-- Police make an arrest in a series of car break-ins in Wentzville.

They say 20-year-old Lavintez Carr stole $4,000, credit cards, lap tops, check stubs and even camera equipment from vehicles

Video surveillance from a Wentzville store showed Carr using one of the stolen cards.

Police tracked him by his license plate and determined he was staying with a family member in a nearby neighborhood.
