WILDWOOD, MO (KTVI) - There will be tons of events for kids, including lessons on how to make “Sugar on Snow” a type of taffy with sap hardened on crushed ice. They can also watch how Colonial Americans boiled down the sap at the Three Kettle Station and see a more modern method at the Sugar Shack.
Families will walk away knowing more about local natural resource – our forests. They can even learn how to do all these things in their own back yard.
