(KTVI) - With Valentines Day right around the corner, what better way to celebrate than with health?

Elliot Davis talked with the President and National Program Director for "Spirit of Women," Tanya Abreau, who said good health starts with a kiss. She talked about the health benefits of love, laughter and play.
