But at True Runner, something is flying off the shelves so people can get their outdoor running sessions in.

Some people are training for the Go Marathon. Some are training for the historic Stan Musial Bridge run that takes place this Saturday.

The run is just over three miles and starts at 8am at Tucker Street goes across the bridge and back over. If you're planning on the running 6K, make sure you bundle up. Temps are expected to be around 20 according to Chief Meteorologist Dave Murry. The wind will be howling coming off the Mississippi River.  And if you are looking to stay safe extra safe, picking up a pair of Yack Tracks might not be a bad idea.
