LIMESTONE COUNTY, AL (WHNT) – One student took a selfie in a place off-limits to photographers. Now, she may be suspended for posting it to Instagram.

Clements High school students took a field trip to The University of Alabama at Birmingham’s biology department to learn about the anatomical donor program. Students were not allowed to bring recording devices and the bodies were supposed to be covered with sheets. But, one high schooler found a way to take a selfie with a dead body. She posted the pic to Instagram and a classmate took a screengrab. The picture made its way to police and a local TV station. Now, she is in a lot of hot water.

WHNT-TV reports that an investigator with the Limestone County Sheriff’s Office was questioning students at Clements High on Tuesday. Principal Keith Hairrell would not confirm whether the student has yet been suspended.
