ST. LOUIS, MO (KTVI) – One suspect is in police custody and another is on the run after firing shots while running from police in North St. Louis.

A woman was selling Valentine’s Day items from a table in front of the Chinese Chop Suey restaurant on Halls Ferry. Two suspects walked up and asked what the items cost. They grabbed some of the items and took off running toward their car.
