(KTVI) -  Police say four teenagers are to blame for a shooting spree on Sunday. They're accused of shooting 29-year-old Crystal Brand, robbing another man and shooting into cars and homes.

Doctors said a bullet lodged in Brand's neck narrowly missed paralyzing her - and could have easily killed her.  Brand does not have health insurance.  Her mother is just happy she is alive.

The four teenagers were arrested. One of the teens is a juvenile, just 14 years old. The others face could face anywhere from three years to life in prison if convicted.
