ST. LOUIS (KTVI) – St. Louis Fire medics rush to help a driver who crashed into a wall on Interstate-55.  But when help arrived, the driver was gone.

St. Louis Police shut down closed two southbound lanes of the highway for about 45 minutes.  Around 1:15 a.m. Monday, the car apparently hit the wall just north of the Gasconade exit, went across all lanes of traffic, hit a guardrail and overturned on the other side of the guardrail.

Police are reportedly looking into the possibility the car was stolen.

They must teach a different kind of Driver’s Ed in St. Louis. Whenever here is some kind of auto accident, the driver runs away. Or maybe he was running home to get his proof of insurance.

This is California style. Illegals with no drivers license or insurance will run from their cars after a crash. Sure, they lose their $500 hooptie, but its better than getting deported for a week or two.
