(KTVI) - You might have heard the phrase "food is fuel." That may be true, but not all food has the same affect on your body.
In fact, some foods could actually make you even more hungry.

*Refined Carbohydrates - white bread
*MSG - Chicken noodle soup, Ramen noodles, season salt -- MSG is everywhere, not just in Chinese food
*Watered down shakes - She likely will bring some protein powder
*Sweet and salty: chocolate covered pretzels, dark choc/sea salt
*Alcohol: wine, beer or vodka
