(KTVI)- Just about all of us do it: stare at computer monitors for hours on end. All that staring can put strain on your eyes. Computer Vision Syndrome (CVS) is the name for eye problems caused by computer use and encompasses a whole range of eyestrain and pain experienced by computer users.

So how do you avoid eye strain? Positioning your computer screen about an arm’s length away and positioned directly in front of your face and making sure your work area is properly lit can help.
