BRIDGETON, MO (KTVI) - Due to the weather, airlines have cancelled some flights into and out of Lambert International Airport. The airport, however, remains openand the runway is clear.

This weather system stretches across a large portion of the midwest, so some of the cancelations are due to bad weather in other parts of the country.

Officials with the airport remind travelers to check with their airline to determine which flights are affected by weather Sunday and Monday.
