ST. LOUIS (KTVI) – Because of the lack of space for the homeless at the City of St. Louis’s shelter, an overflow shelter is being opened for those seeking shelter from the bitter cold temperatures the area will see after Sunday’s winter storm. The shelter is located at 12th and Park; its doors will open at 5:30 pm.
