Sleep Monday: How to get the rest you need

(KTVI) - You lost an hour of sleep over the weekend.   Doesn't sound like much, but less sleep could lead to greater risks.  It's all about getting you the rest you need.

And that's the goal of Dr. Joseph Ojile with the Clayton Sleep Institute.



    DST was also brought into existence to save energy. The thought being every night the lights in all households come on an hour later in the evening shortening the amount of time before bedtime. Saves a lot of energy.
