ST. LOUIS (KTVI) – Residents of St. Louis lodged more than 1,300 complaints for snow removal in 2013. That exceeds the total amount of complaint register over the past 5 years.

On January 10th, two days after nearly a foot of snow fell on the area, 41 complaints were made in one hour. That’s more than all complaints combined in 2012.

After several days of criticism on social media after January’s storm, city crews began clearing side streets for the first time.
