(KTVI) - Luck of the Irish is a popular phrase heard on St. Patrick's Day. But truth be told, are the Irish really luckier than non-Irish or can we all be equally lucky?

Nikki Yankee says yes. She is a therapist who specializes in depression, mood disorders and relationship issues. Yankee said studies show that luck is a state of mind.
