Blackhawks Blast Blues 4-0

The Chicago Blackhawks handed the Blues their first regulation loss in division play with a 4-0 shutout on Wednesday night in Chicago. Ryan Miller suffered his first regulation loss with the Blues as well surrenduring four goals on 27 shots. Four different Hawks players scored, two on the power play.

The win narrows the Blues division lead over Chicago to six points. Blackhawks coach Joel Quenneville won his 700th career game as an NHL coach. Michael Hanzus played in his 1,000th career game. He began his career with the Blues.
