St. Louis, MO (KTVI) – St. Louis County Police arrested an area woman on drug charges, and said she made it easier for them to nab her.

27-year-old Krystina Garza was arrested at Clyde Avenue and Kingston Drive in December.  She was charged yesterday with possession of a controlled substance.

Police allege that Garza was driving on Clyde Avenue when they attempted to pull her over.  They claim she sped away, but threw suspected drugs from her car window.  She was able to elude police and get away without arrest.   However, as police were still on the scene investigating, they say Garza returned to retrieve her drugs from the side of the road.  They were waiting, and arrested her.  Lab results determined the drugs to be meth.   Bond for Garza was set at $7500.00.
