MoDOT to close westbound lanes of I-64 for bridge construction

ST. LOUIS (KTVI) – MoDOT will close all of the westbound lanes of I-64 Friday night at 9 pm, to allow work crews to put in place girders over the interstate for bridge construction. The project is part of building a new interstate interchange for Tower Grove and Boyle and rebuilding 4 bridges.

The lane closures will affect traffic between Forest Park Avenue and Kingshighway.

All lanes are expected to be reopened by 9 am Saturday morning.
