Fun Easter exercise for kids

(STLMOMS) - Fitness blogger Katie McFarland has a fun way to do something different with your kids on Easter weekend. She recommended having your child search for Easter eggs, break open the eggs and find  an exercise to do. McFarland told Margie Ellisor that when moms exercise, their kids do, too.

Researchers found a direct correlation in physical activity levels among mothers and their children. A new paper published in March in Pediatrics, the journal of the American Academy of Pediatrics, said that if a mother's physical activity is low, her child's is likely to also be low.
