Former Missouri Governor Teasdale dies at 78

ST. LOUIS, MO (KTVI) - Former Missouri Governor Joseph Teasdale has died at a hospice center in Kansas City.

Teasdale served as governor from 1977 to 1981. He earned the nickname "Walking Joe" for his campaign walks across the state.

Teasdale was 78, he died of complications from pneumonia.
