ST. LOUIS (KTVI) – A water pipe break forced University of Missouri – St. Louis officials to cancel classes on its North campus for the rest of Thursday.

According to officials, construction crews working at the Science Learning Building hit a water line.    The water had to be shut off and there is no water going to restroom facilities at this time.

Officials hope the water line is repaired this evening so classes can resume Friday on the north campus.
