(KTVI) - Recent droughts and contamination outbreaks are driving up the price of beef and pork just in time for the Memorial Day weekend, the unofficial start of the grilling season.

You can keep your party budget in check, and please all the vegetarians in your family, by grilling vegetables and fruit. Carol Hurst from the Old Town Spice Shoppe on Main Street St. Charles shows FOX2’s Kim Hudson how to fire up the perfect veggie main dishes or sides for that steak.
