Circus Flora back under the big top

(KTVI)- Circus Flora is back in St. Louis for their 28th season.

Jack Marsh, the Artistic Director, talks about the show starting this weekend on May 29.

This year`s production will bring the game of chess to life. Circus Flora has partnered with The World Chess Hall of Fame and The Chess Club and Scholastic Center of St. Louis to learn more about the game and its history.

· Performers take on the roles of different characters in a chess set and the fantasy and creativity begins from there.

· Show times are:

o Tuesday through Thursday at 7 p.m.

o Friday and Saturday at 2 and 7 p.m.

o Sunday at 1 and 5:30 p.m.

o 'Little Top Wednesday' at 10 a.m. (special 1 hour shows)

The show runs May 29 through June 22 in the Centene Center for the Arts in Midtown.
