MYRTLE BEACH, SC (KTVI) - A Target store toy department is under investigation.  According to a police report, on May 30th, a Target employee was investigating a theft when he noticed a black handgun on top of a superhero toy-box.  The worker told authorities he saw a man repeatedly walking around the department but wasn't sure if the gun belonged to him.

Police say the nine millimeter weapon had not been reported stolen and had eight bullets inside.  Officers are reviewing security cameras to find out who is responsible.
