Web World: Sir Mix-A-Lot joins the Seattle Symphony

ST. LOUIS, MO (KTVI) - Sonic Evolution is the Seattle Symphony's "critically acclaimed" project which highlights the connection between their organization and some of the city's most creative and popular musicians in music.  This year, the orchestra collaborated with  Seattle's own legendary rapper, Sir Mix-A-Lot to perform some of his most famous songs to include "Baby Got Back."

There have been nearly 500,000 views on YouTube.  Audience members joined in on the fun as they took to the stage with the rapper to dance, rap and sing along.  The rapper also took a "selfie" with the participants, right before the performance began.
