(KTVI)- Alan Bowman has been named a finalist in the national search to find America`s Top ChopGriller, because of his mouth-watering tip for the ultimate grilled pork chop.

To achieve pork chop perfection, grill it like a steak to an internal temperature between 145°F and 160°F, followed by a three-minute rest.
