(KTVI)- Summer is here. Outdoor activities in the heat mean concerns about dehydration go up. Some telltale signs of dehydration are headaches, fatigue, dizziness, cramps, dry skin and lips, confusion, and even vomiting.

The color of your urine can be an early indicator of dehydration. If your urine is a dark yellow color, it may be a sign that you are dehydrated.
