(KTVI) -Thursday, Team USA takes on Germany in the World Cup and the folks from Tucanos show you how to celebrate with some Brazilian specialties.

Casey McClure, the General Manager of Tucanos Brazilian Grill shows us the popular Brazilian lemonade  and nachos.

 Recipes:
Tucanos Salada de Frutas da Primavera
Brazilian Spring Fruit Salad
Baby Lettuces and Herb Mix
1 cup per person
Shredded Carrots
1 tablespoon Per Person
Shredded Red Cabbage
1/2 Tablespoon Per Person
Fresh Strawberries
1 Tablespoon per person
Fresh Kiwis
1 Tablespoon per person
Won Ton Strips
¼ cup
Vinagrete de Morango com Maracuya
Strawberry Passion Vinaigrette
Passion Fruit Puree
½ cup
Strawberry Puree
¼ cup
Salad oil
1 cup
Lime Juice
1/8 cup
White Wine Vinegar
1/8 cup
Granulated Sugar
1/3 cup
 
Directions
Rinse and wash all vegetables. Shred your cabbage and Red Cabbage. Quarter cut your Strawberries into quarters. Peel and eighth cut your Kiwi .  Take half of your fruit, Wonton Strips, Carrots and Cabbage and gently toss with the lettuces. Refrigerate until just prior to serving. Add your desired amount of dressing and toss the salad again.  Remember do not put too much dressing on the salad.  Place in a bowl and Garnish with the remaining Fruits, Cabbage, Carrots and Won Ton strips.  Serve in a chilled salad bowl immediately.

1 shot coconut rum
2 ounces passion juice
2 ounces mango juice
2 ounces lemon-lime soda
1-ounce grenadine

Ice
Garnish with an orange slice and a cherry
Fill a cocktail glass with ice; then add coconut rum, juices and lemon –lime soda. Slowly pour grenadine over top. Garnish with orange and cherry.

1 lime, quartered
1 tablespoon raw sugar
1 shot Cachaca – a distilled spirit made from sugarcane juice
soda water
Ice
Garnish with Lime
Place lime and sugar in the mixing glass of a shaker. Muddle (mash and twist) the limes with the sugar until the limes release all its juice and the sugar dissolves.
Fill an old fashioned glass with crushed ice. Pour lime muddle and Cachaca and enough soda water to fill the glass. Pour mixture back into the shaker and shake for a few seconds before pouring back into the serving glass.
