ST. LOUIS, MO (KTVI) - The Fourth of July marks the 75th Anniversary of Lou Gehrig’s famous “Luckiest Man” speech which also marked the end of his amazing career after suffering complications from ALS, or Lou Gehrig's Disease.

In order to commemorate this day, Major League Baseball & 30 of its Clubs, put together a video of FIRST BASEMEN to pay tribute to the Hall of Fame member by reciting lines from the speech.

Some fan favorites to look for are Jose Abreu, Paul Goldschmidt, and Mark Teixeira. The video also includes Derek Jeter paying homage to Lou Gehrig.

I am really loving the theme/design of your site. Do you ever run into any internet browser
compatibility problems? A small number of my
blog readers have complained about my blog not
operating correctly in Explorer but looks great in Opera.
Do you have any recommendations to help fix this problem?
