ST. LOUIS, MO (KTVI) – Do you love summer in St. Louis? A video titled, Here is St. Louis, showcases some of the area’s most beautiful locations set to a soundtrack.  The cinematography coupled with the editing has St. Louisans falling in love with the area all over again.  The video and a sequel were published last year.

The Grain Inc. team writes on the Vimeo, “Out of our love and passion for St. Louis City, we wanted to showcase some of the places and people that make it great. With special music from Band Called Catch.”

The video may not be new. But, the video is trending in St. Louis again. So, we brought it back to the top of the website.

Where do I find the video that highlights the epidemic level of violent crime and broken neighborhoods?

  • Fed Up

You’re in for a big disappointment Gwen. Being born and raised here…the “city” of St. Louis has turned into a cesspool of crime, despair, and hopelessness thanks to “NORTH” St. Louis and a liberal left, anti-2nd amendment mayor and police chief.

I grew up in North St. Louis attended Columbia School and lived on St. Louis Ave. Most of my family have moved to the suburbs although some still live in the city on the south side. I visit frequently and love to go by the neighborhood. I have seen some changes for the better on my last visits. The houses have been torn down and many rehabed. Hopefully the rebuilding will continue and progress at a faster pace if we have a change in leadership. I love St. Louis and would move back if I could.

Gwen, don’t listen to that rant about St. Louis. It’s a great place to live. I’ve lived here all my life, too. Grew up in South St. Louis. I do live in the suburbs now, but the city is still great. Just like any place, there are good and bad parts. St. Louis has a lot to offer for those who aren’t bitter and unhappy. I would never live anywhere else!
