Half of Americans have a chronic illness

(KTVI) –  Half of Americans have a chronic illness according to the Center for Disease Control and Prevention.  The CDC says diabetes and heart disease affects Americans the most and 25 percent have at least two chronic conditions.

Doctors believe that these conditions can be prevented or even reversed with simple fixes in diet and exercise.
