(KTVI) - A new bill recently signed by Missouri Governor Jay Nixon, has the potential to saves lives by encouraging the early detection of breast cancer.

Dr. Theresa Schwartz, Breast Surgeon at St. Louis University Hospital, and joins Randi Naughton to talk about yearly mammograms, self exams and how this bill affects us.
