(KTVI) – A video of a man taking advantage of Bratislava’s public transportation system is going viral.  A standard construction pallet transforms into a way to ride the city’s tram rails.  He glides down city streets with what seems like no effort.

The video’s author writes on Vimeo,”The wooden europallet, a basic feature of any warehouse or storage hall, with its standartized 1200×800 mm dimensions, when modified can only run on the tracks in Bratislava. A new transport vehicle brings change into the spatial perspective of a passenger in motion and generally changes the life of the city, through which the pallet can run, guided by a map of the city lines.”

You wouldn’t be able to do that in America. First, how could the government tax you on a pallet, and 2nd, someone would sue whomever runs the trains, saying the train wouldn’t yield the right of way.
