ST. LOUIS, MO (KTVI) - A threat of flooding is impacting construction on the "City Arch River" project.

Crews are working on the  water wall  along Leonore K. Sullivan until the end of the week.  That's when the Mississippi river is expected to crest at 32.5 feet. Work from the Poplar Street Bridge to the river boat area will come to a halt at that time.
