(KTVI)- An interesting situation in midtown St. Louis early Tuesday. The street lights along Jefferson Avenue from I-64/40 north to Dr. Martin Luther King Dr. could be seen flashing around 4:00am. No official cause, but the glitch was likely caused by electricity problems or water on the line due to overnight storms.

Traffic signals are functioning properly along the stretch of roadway.
