(KTVI) - Bad news just got worse for The Cardinals and their fans yesterday when it was revealed that All-Star catcher, Gold Glove winner, the face of the team Yadier Molina would miss the next eight to 12 weeks with a thumb injury.
It happened on his sliding play against The Pirates. An MRI confirmed everyone's worst fears of torn ligaments.
Molina's surgery is scheduled for Friday.
