JENNINGS, MO (KTVI) - Three people are hospitalized after a car crashed into two SUV's parked in the driveway of a home in the 9400 block of Halls Ferry Road at Cozens. Police say a silver Toyota Corolla going south on Halls Ferry side swiped another car, lost control and hit two SUV’s parked in the driveway of that home.  People were inside.

The side-swiped car hit a utility pole.

According to LaSandra Scott, owner of the home and both SUV's, her son had just gotten up and walked into her room.  As her fiancé walked downstairs to workout she heard a big boom.

"It made me jump up, and I heard cars blowing and people were running up onto my porch ringing my doorbell," said Scott.

When she came outside, she saw the smashed Corolla her driveway and her Trailblazer was pushed into her house.

"I automatically started screaming and ran."

No one in the house was hurt.

Police say a man and a woman in their 50’s were in the Corolla. They both went to the hospital along with the driver who hit the utility pole.

None of the injuries sustained are life-threatening.

Authorities are still investigating this crash.
