ST. LOUIS COUNTY (KTVI) - The You Paid For It Team investigating a Not For Profit Agency in St Louis County that ends up spending hundreds of thousands of your federal dollars for new pick-up trucks only to discover they didn't need a lot of the trucks after all. Now, many of the F-150 pick-up trucks just sit idle.

The Communication Action Agency of St Louis County got 24 vehicles with federal stimulus money back in 2009 for its weatherization programs.

Not long afterwards they had to lay-off most of the workers in the program when the money dried up. They were left with too many trucks.

The Executive Director of the Program comes out to explain this deal to Investigator Elliott Davis, but there was one important question she couldn't answer.
