Woman struck by car in north St. Louis

ST. LOUIS, MO (KTVI)-A pedestrian is seriously injured after being struck overnight in north St. Louis. It happened around 12:45am Saturday at the intersection of Union and Theodosia, near Sherman Park in north St. Louis.

Police say a woman was crossing the street, when she was struck by a car. She was rushed to a hospital in critical condition, but she is stable.

The driver did stop after hitting the woman. Police are investigating.
