(KTVI) - When it opened in 1973, Jamestown Mall was a popular destination and shining star in North St. Louis County.  After years of decline, the struggling mall has finally shut its doors.  There were many issues with public health and safety and one after the other,  businesses were leaving the mall.

St. Louis County is looking to redevelop the site, and you can have your say at a public meeting Monday night.

Andrew Ruben from the St. Louis Economic Development Partnership joins us to talk about the meeting and future plans for the site.
