Rookies officially report to Rams Training Camp

EARTH CITY, MO (KTVI) -  FOX 2 is your home of the Rams and it is an exciting day for the team and its fans.  Rookies officially report for training camp.  There are high hopes for the Rams this season.  The team had a solid draft.  They used the second overall pick to take Auburn offensive tackle Greg Robinson then later made headlines when they took Mizzou standout Michael Sam, the first openly gay player to be drafted into the NFL.

Veterans will report to camp Thursday, July 24th.

The Rams will have 14 practices open to the public including a scrimmage at the Dome.  The first open practice will be Friday, July 25th at 3:30pm.  The open scrimmage at the Dome will be Saturday, August 2nd at 12:30pm.  The final open practice will take place on August 20th at 3:30pm.

Autograph sessions with select players will take place after each practice including the scrimmage.  Single game tickets will go on sale this Friday at 10am.  The first preseason game is August 8th at the Dome against the Saints.  The first regular season game will also be at home on September 7th against the Vikings.
