Pastor calls for looters to stand down and police to step up

FERGUSON, MO (KTVI) - A heightened police presence earlier this week caught national attention. Governor Nixon transferred control of the situation to the Missouri Highway Patrol. The situation calmed down after a gentler approach was taken.  But, looting broke out early Saturday morning.

Pastor Robert White says that if police stand down and allow looting then they're, "not protecting us."
